Editorial Policy & Medical Review Standards

At GymWorkout.in, we hold our content to strict standards. Fitness and nutrition intersect with human health, spinal safety, and long-term joint integrity. We do not publish automated, unverified AI content or dangerous bro-science.

1. Our 5-Stage Content Quality Workflow

Stage 1: Primary Authorship

Drafted exclusively by certified personal trainers (CSCS, ISSA, ACE) with verifiable hands-on coaching experience.

Stage 2: Orthopedic & Biomechanical Audit

Evaluated by Dr. Ananya Iyer, DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), verifying joint angles, shear forces, and contraindicated medical conditions.

Stage 3: Registered Dietitian Sign-Off

All dietary intake, macro formulas, and supplement guides are signed off by Neha Kapoor, RD, MSc in Sports Nutrition.

Stage 4: Technical Schema & Formula Verification

Mathematical testing of all calculator formulas (Epley, Brzycki, Mifflin-St Jeor) against peer-reviewed sports science literature.

Stage 5: Continuous Refresh Cycle

Every published exercise and plan is re-reviewed at minimum every 12 months, with the last-reviewed timestamp openly displayed.

2. Scientific Citation & Source Rules

Any factual claim regarding hypertrophy mechanisms, amino acid absorption rates, or injury risk must cite reputable peer-reviewed journals (such as the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, Sports Medicine, or the American College of Sports Medicine) or verified national health databases.

3. Corrections & User Feedback Policy

If a reader or clinical professional identifies an outdated instruction, typographical error, or flawed calculation, our editorial team commits to investigating and updating the record within 48 business hours. Send feedback to editorial@gymworkout.in.
